CIO | IT strategy, transformation, ERP, cloud, cyber and AI governance About I'm a CIO with twenty years' experience leading technology across defence, national security, manufacturing and construction. I currently lead IT for a UK defence technology business, and before that I was a board-level owner-director. I help leaders get commercial value from technology. That means building an IT strategy the board will back, rebuilding fragmented IT teams into business-partnering functions, and delivering ERP, HCM and infrastructure programmes that actually land. My first career was quarry management, so I think like an operator: buy it once, buy it right, and judge every investment on value over its whole life.
