I currently serve as Director of Operational Technical Resources at VINCI Construction France, where I lead operational performance, technical governance, safety, environment , innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across large-scale projects. Alongside my executive responsibilities, I served as a Board Member of Freshmile from its creation through its successful exit, gaining hands-on experience in growth, governance, strategy, and shareholder value creation. I have also participated in governance and investment oversight activities within private equity backed and regional investment structures.
