About Me

I am an International Business Transformation, Strategy & Investment Leader with 30+ years of Board, Executive Director, P&L and senior leadership experience across global and GCC markets. Board-level strategic judgement, investment and commercial leadership, Technology & Innovation, Energy, full P&L accountability and hands-on responsibility for turning major strategic decisions into successful execution and sustainable business value. This includes full value-chain leadership across an approximately US$10 billion strategic investment. My experience spans the complete business value chain—from Strategy, Investment and Business Transformation through Technology & Innovation, commercialisation, financing interfaces, governance, procurement, execution and operations to value realisation. Internationally, I bring extensive experience across the UK/Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East, together with 16 years of direct GCC experience across Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UAE and Oman. I understand both global best practice and what is commercially and operationally achievable on the ground. My deepest sector experience spans Energy, Industrials, Manufacturing and Infrastructure, including Oil & Gas, LNG, Refining, Petrochemicals, Chemicals, Fertilizers, Utilities, Renewable Energy, Hydrogen, Ammonia and CCUS. My differentiator is that I have worked on both sides of the decision: at Board and senior leadership level shaping Strategy, Investment and Technology decisions, and across the full value chain carrying P&L, commercial and execution accountability for whether those decisions actually create value.
